The large basement/games room has the potential to be converted into annex style accommodation, and still leave a very special family home. The house is too big for me to live in, and it is with a tinge of sadness that I have decided to move. Although its size may lend itself to the family market, I would consider leaving the property furnished it there are any holiday home owners who want the house.
