OWNER'S COMMENTS We moved here from another property in Bognor Regis because it was so close to the town centre and its shops. Now that we've been here for many years, its the proximity to the seafront that I will really miss ... I like to take a stroll on the promenade most days as I find it a chilled out and beautiful place to be.

Nevertheless, our family need us and we need them so we'll be moving out of the area once our home is sold.
