Owners Comment
We have been very happy living here for over 20 years. We wanted to move to Rochester because of all it's history and events; there is always something going on to draw us down towards the High Street and Castle area. This house showed the most potential and space out of all that we viewed and we have made a few changes over the years, such as decoration and solid flooring throughout. But by far our biggest project has been the digging back and forming of a lovely courtyard/patio area close to the house and the complete transformation of the rear private garden.
