I have really enjoyed renovating my property. I bought it in a bad condition and I have done lots of work to make it what it is today.

The location is wonderful and you are in walking distance to Albert Road where the Kings Theatre is as well as several restaurant's and pubs. Palmerston Road and the seafront are a short stroll away.

We will be sad to leave our apartment and Southsea but we are looking for a new project.
