Description

The Property
East Wing, Osmington House, is listed Grade II and comprises the east wing of an elegant period property believed to have been built in the early/mid C19th with attractive Portland stone
elevations under a slate roof. There are many classical architectural features including a fine stone pillared portico and ornate cornicing in the principal rooms. The property is presented in excellent decorative order throughout. Formal
landscaped gardens to the side and front of East Wing extend to just under an acre and include a sweeping drive, croquet lawn, orchard, rose garden, vegetable garden and a wonderful
selection of mature trees and plants.

Outside
The property is approached via a private driveway leading to a gate marked East Wing which opens onto a gravel drive to the front of the house. The gardens are an outstanding feature of the property. The plot includes a lawned area, multiple well stocked flower beds and borders and neatly kept feature hedge, some wonderful specimens of trees offering a wealth of colour
throughout the year.
