From Bodmin take the A38 trunk road towards Liskeard. After passing over the A30 dual carriageway, after a short distance a roundabout will be found. Take the first turning at this roundabout, go past the crematorium and continue down the hill through Fletchersbridge. Follow this lane for about a mile then go to the top of the hill. Continue along the lane ignoring a turning on the left to Cardinham and after about a quarter of a mile you will reach a red post box on your left with a grassy area on your right. Take the second right here, follow the lane around a left hand bend and then after a short distance the property will be found on the left hand side.
