What we believe makes this property special:
• Willicote Pastures is a group of former farm buildings converted to residential use back in the 1980’s, some were created with holiday use in mind, however No 4 does have permission for permanent residency.
• The cottage has lots of character aspects and currently has a lovely large open plan kitchen and living space which maximises the light from both the front and rear of the building. Doors to the rear garden provide views over the private garden and on to the communal lawned areas too.
• The kitchen aspect is a very social space, a perfect haven for cooking up culinary delights for family and friends and with lots of storage cupboards and worktop space you can keep things tidy too. There is an integrated oven, hob with extractor over, and washing machine and dishwasher. The breakfast bar is a fine spot to enjoy your morning cuppa.
• Upstairs is a master bedroom, a lovely bright room complete with en-suite bathroom, a perfect spot to wallow away some time. The second bedroom is also a decent sized room with low windows typical of period conversions like these.
• The family bathroom has a wonderful large shower space and characterful windows adding interest to the landing area too.
• Outside is a very pretty fore garden giving the house a lovely secluded feel. To the rear is a small private courtyard area with space for pots and garden furniture too. Off this is the communal lawned area, complete with a couple of barbeque areas, ideal for those occasions when you want to get together with your neighbours.
• There is private parking as well as plenty of visitor parking.
