Fenton Pitts is a small rural hamlet only a few miles from the larger town of Bodmin and its wide range of amenities. Penburthern Farm is located in a quiet location accessed down a lane which is owned by this property and over which only one neighbour has a right of way.

Turn right here and follow the road along for approximately two miles until a turning to Fenton Pitts will be seen on the left hand side.
