We chose this house because it was a property that we felt we would be able to move straight into, hopefully the next owners will feel exactly the same. For us, as our children were older it was important to have enough bedrooms for everyone but also have good ‘adult space’ for when friends and family visited.

This house was our number one choice on the development because we are tucked away in our own little corner which felt much more private. We also liked that the parking was so close and convenient and have two spaces, where many other houses only had one was really important too. Being a modern home, it has been very easy to maintain and look after both inside and out.
