Our cosy multi-fuel stove in the lounge is lovely to gather around on a winters evening, watching a film with the family. Another feature here is the large, south facing garden, which we have had many summertime barbeques in over the years with friends and family. We had a 3kw Solar Panel system installed on the roof in 2011, which generates a years income of approximately £1,500 plus the additional benefit of reduced electricity bills, with 18 years left of the feeding tariff scheme for the solar panels.
