From Bodmin take the B3269 past the Community College and Dragon Leisure Centre and follow the road to the Lanhydrock roundabout. Turn right here and follow the road along for approximately two miles until a turning to Fenton Pitts will be seen on the left hand side. Take this turning and follow the road along for about half a mile and The Cottage will be found on the left hand side.
