I moved here with my son several years ago, and chose this location as it is so central and convenient for Tunbridge Wells. The property needed some updating and modernising, but this did not phase me as the house had a really good feel to it. A lot of time and effort has gone into getting our home the way that we wanted it, and it has been redecorated, had new carpets and flooring, a brand new bathroom and kitchen, and a new gas central heating boiler.

My son and I have really enjoyed the time that we have lived here, and hope that the new owners will be as happy living here as we have been.
