The Apartment

The apartment accommodates up to six people and is fully furnished throughout in matching pine, offering air conditioning/heating, a TV with Spanish and English channels, and a DVD player. A patio opens onto the sun terrace, which provides a view of the swimming pool, complex area as well as stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery.

With fully tiled floors throughout the apartment has, a lounge with dining area plus a twin and a double bedroom both with superior beds and fitted furniture.
All bedding and sheets are provided. A travel cot is available for small children. The bathroom is fully tiled & fitted with quality WC, bidet, bath & shower.

Full use of the communal facilities are included and these comprise of outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, children’s pool (according to season), children’s play area and an indoor gym.

The complex is for Verdemar III residents only and provides you with a designated parking spot for your car in their underground car park.

The apartment is marketed at £250 per week for 2007 except during the peak and off seasons, which are priced as follows.
