The Spa area has a hot tub for 4 people, a Steam room also for 4, and Sauna for 6. There are dining table and chairs in this lovely relaxing area, plus two massage chairs. There is an iPod docking station/radio/CD player. The entire Spa facility is new, as are the en suites to the bedrooms. A single bed option is available in one of the rooms, but the accomodation is limited to 6 people.
There is a small patio style garden with furniture and pot plants that is very secluded and not overlooked. There is off street parking for one vehicle, plus on road parking available.
Price is £3000 per week for up to 6 people, this is £71.50 per person, per night (based on 6 people) includes a weekly cleaner.
Chingford Station is only a 7-8 minute walk and from here, trains go to Liverpool St station and from here the Central Line goes direct to Stratford in 10 minutes. Londons West End is only 10 minutes further. The canoeing event at Waltham Abbey is only 4 kilometres away.
Ancient Epping Forest is on the doorstep and here you can walk, cycle and horse ride for miles without crossing roads.
