Homesands House is a very attractive development, conveniently situated close to the Lord Street shopping district, a mile long tree shaded boulevard with Victorian architecture, along which are flower gardens, cafes and shops. The development has frequent social activities including coffee mornings, friday afternoon tea and the occasional fish and chip supper which residents may opt to participate in. There is also a hairdresser and chiropodist who visits the development weekly.
