References

These costs for Reference Checks are NON-REFUNDABLE and are calculated per person over 18 years of age as follows:- £50 per person referenced (VAT at 20% included in cost).

Further NON-REFUNDABLE charges from the tenant for the preparation of the tenancy agreement and administration charges are £150.00 including VAT (per Property).
