Directions - From Telford and the M54 Motorway (Junction 6) take the A5223 to Shawbirch and then take the B5063 for approximately 2.5 miles to the village of Longdon Upon Tern. In the village turn left down Sugden Lane (Roddington Road) and continue for just under 1 mile and turn left. Continue for approximately 0.25 of a mile and the Farm Buildings will be located on the right hand side identified by a Halls 'To Let' board.









Lease Terms - These are to be agreed by separate negotiation. The tenant will be responsible for all rates and utility services.

Services - At present, we understand that the Farm Buildings have the benefit of a mains water supply via the Marsh Green Farm supply. Drainage is, at present, to a private system. A new drainage system will need to be installed at the tenant's expense.

Planning - At present, the property has no planning permission for alternative usage. The tenant will, therefore, be required to obtain any planning consents necessary for change of use. Any application will require the landlord's authorisation.

Alterations - If letting the buildings, reasonable requests for consent to alter them will be considered by the landlords. Obviously, all applications for alterations will be at the tenant's expense and must be authorised by the landlord.
