2017 Weekly rates are £1550 per week apart from the following exceptions:
June, July, & August £1750 per week
Christmas / New Year £1850 per week
Weekend or short breaks may be available at short notice (excluding June-August).
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
Fri-Sun £325 a night
Mon-Thurs £275 a night
A linen surcharge applies to groups of 10.
We do not take bookings from large same sex groups.
SITUATION Situated on Observatory Street providing immediate access to all the local amenities on Walton Street, including cafes, bars, restaurants and cinema. Oxford bus station and city centre are approximately ten minutes walk from the house with Oxford mainline station approximately ten minutes walk which is ideal for commuting with London Paddington accessed in just 40 minutes.
