The Garden Annexe holiday cottage near Oxford is ideally located for easy access by car to East Oxford and the JR and Churchill Hospitals. The floor space of the property is approximately 55 square metres.

The apartment comprises of:
Private entrance leading into a small but fully fitted kitchen with cooking hob and oven. All kitchenware such as cutlery, pots and pans and chinaware is provided.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDING AREA
Horton-cum-Studley is a picturesque Oxfordshire village with a population of 600 located 10.5km to the northeast of Oxford. The village offers easy access by car to Oxford and to the hospitals and science parks to the east of the city. The village does not have a pub of it's own, but has a very friendly golf club with bar/restaurant attached. There are numerous pubs nearby in the villages of Forest Hill and Stanton St John.
BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Between March and September there is a minimum seven night stay. Shorter stays may be available in-between bookings and at other times of the year.
Short Break Pricing
Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.
5 nights: 85% of weekly rate.
6 nights: 100% of weekly rate.

There is a 30.00 booking fee (inclusive of VAT)
