Outside at the rear there is a small garden with 2 storage sheds, rotary hanging line and patio area.

Upstairs there is sleeping for 7 people. The master bedroom overlooks Daddyhole Plain and has outstanding 180 degree sea views. The bedroom has a double bed, vanity unit and washbasin, wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 again overlooks Daddyhole Plain and has a double bed and a single with a pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2nd (built in) wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bedroom 3 has a set of pine bunk beds, bedside cabinet, and chest of drawers. This room is great fun for the children.

The bathroom comprises of three piece white bathroom suite with shower over the bath for your convenience.

There is parking at the front of each cottage for one car and additional space in the car park 100 yds. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in Torquay and Wellswood (approx 1⁄2 mile).

Agent fees

To secure the property in your name you will have to pay:

- £200 holding fee (taken from the first months rent as rent in advance)
