What Will It Cost?

2. Should you wish to proceed with an application to rent a property through us, Non-Refundable Tenancy Application Fees are payable as follows;

Each Guarantor (if required) - No Additional Charge
If the applicant is a Company, then the above fees do not apply and a fee of £600+vat (£720 inc.vat) will be payable instead.
3. Throughout the year we may run various seasonal promotions offering discounts off the above fees or for fast move-ins on specific properties!
4. We do not charge any additional; legal fees, contract fees, inventory fees, check-in fees or check-out fees to applicants.
5. If a Pet is allowed, the landlord may request an additional Pet Deposit which usually equates to an additional 50% of the agreed rent amount.
6. A Tenancy Deposit Amount (as specified within the property details), is payable in cleared funds prior to the Tenancy start date.
7. An initial Rental amount (usually the 1st month) is payable in cleared funds prior to the Tenancy start date.
8. Residential Applicants will also be liable for Tenancy Renewal Fees should you wish to renew your Tenancy Agreement at the end of the 1st Tenancy period. Our current Tenancy Renewal Fees start from £42 inc. VAT, subject to Tenancy Length and the type of Tenancy Agreement (full details are available upon request or at the time of the viewing).
