Two bathrooms are on the first floor (one is en suite). The garden at the front is low maintenance and the lawned garden at the back is really practical and enjoyable to be in. The decking is a great space and the flower beds are very pretty. The neighbours are great and this house has had very happy tenants in it for the last 18 months. Pets are allowed (depending on type).
