The location is spot on for a commuter – you’re just a 10 minute walk away from Blackhorse Road station. What’s more that area of Higham Hill is buzzing at the moment. Wood Street coffee is a short walk away and the glorious Lloyd Park and William Morris Gallery are both nearby –  perfect place to stroll around when the weather’s nice. 


The flat:


This studio flat is a little cracker. There’s a real fresh and contemporary feel. Probably something to do with the white washed walls, which complement the newly laid, light oak effect laminate flooring. 


The flat is technically a studio, but feels like a one bed, because of the layout. The bedroom area, which has space for a double bed and a wardrobe, is situated just off the main living area, but there’s no wall separating the two rooms. The living space is a nice size, with room to fit in sofas and a table and chairs.


Through the quirky arch, you’ll find the brand spanking new kitchen. It’s been kitted out with everything you need –  washer dryer, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven. There’s also a dishwasher, which is a nice little brucey bonus. The units are a gloss white colour and contrast beautifully with the grey slate effect worktops and vinyl floor. 


The bathroom has had a new white toilet, sink and bathtub installed. The shower is electric, so there should be good water pressure for your showers.  There’s also light grey tiles, which line the walls and a cupboard under the sink. Very handy for storing toiletries.


Outside:


There’s a well looked after communal garden, which is a useful space to enjoy in the summer. The flat also comes with the added bonus of private parking.


Where is it?:


The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station. Perky Blenders do incredible coffee and you’ll see their coffee van on your walk down to the tube. And, like we said earlier, that part of Walthamstow is on fire at the moment. Not literally. There’s loads of new coffee shops, craft business, and art galleries to enjoy.
