This is an outstanding, large, brand new, incredibly well-finished 2-bed, 2-bath, 2 terrace flat - in E3, overlooking the canal. It features: Lots of space. It's just under 850sqft and we would levelly describe it as 'large'. There are two big double bedrooms (which are both an equal size), one of which has its own en suite shower room, and a very large open plan kitchen reception. One of the best features of the flat is its outside space though, and it boasts two (pretty large) private terraces. One is accessed from the reception room, is a decent size, and overlooks the canal basin. The Second is a highly unusual and much larger (circ 300sqft) private enclosed roof terrace - which is accessed from both bedroom via a patio door. This is a really-cool highly usable, and totally private space. The spec throughout is great, as you would expect given that the property is brand new. There are really nice oak floors, brand new (fairly bling) kitchen with all the mod cons, and really really nice bathrooms. The property is also incredibly light on account of lots of windows and doors leading out onto all of the outdoor space. For the money, this is a great flat - and would work perfectly for sharers.
