TERMS OF LETTING

2. A rent of 850 per calendar month will be payable monthly in advance by standing order

5. The landlords Agent will draw up the Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and take up references via Rent4Sure, the cost of which will be paid for by the ingoing tenant.

9. Where Durrants manage a property they will make three monthly inspections.
