A holding charge of £200.00 which enables us to withdraw the property from the market. This will be deducted from the first rent payment at the beginning of the let and is non- refundable if the tenancy does not commence.

A referencing fee of £120.00 (Inc. VAT) per person. Should a guarantor be required the fee is £120.00 (inc VAT)

£100 is requested by the Landlord to pay for the drawing up of the inventory and protection of the deposit.

Once successfully referenced, a minimum security deposit equivalent to one and a half month`s rent is required. Should you have a pet in the property the deposit will be equivalent to two months rent.

As the landlord requests rent is paid on the 1st of the month, should the tenancy commence after the middle of the month the rent will need to be paid until the end of the second month.
