Deposits. A deposit of at least one and a half months' rent will be required, however depending on the property this may be higher. A deposit is not under any circumstances available as the last months rental payment and will be returned at the end of the tenancy period subject to any necessary deductions. If a tenant uses the deposit as final rent a charge of £120 (Inc VAT) will be made. All deposit will be registered under the Deposit Protection Service within 30 days of being received. Landlords are either required to pay a one off fee or a monthly fee depending on their agreement with Hunters.
