An excellent 3-bed end terrace house, in a secure gated mews development, with allocated parking and a garden - in a Victoria Park Village, directly opposite the park. For approximately the price of a flat the property features; two decent sized doubles, and one large 'master' double - which occupies the entire top (2nd) floor. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen reception (which has more than enough space for plenty of large furniture and a dining table and chairs), and is really light as its dual aspect. The garden is a decent size (and is accessed directly from the reception room), it's not huge - but large enough for a BBQ/small party etc (not that we are recommending extensive partying in our clients property!). The development itself is great. It's secure, gated (fob entry) - and discreetly tucked away literally opposite the (best bit of) Viccy Park. The spec is decent and includes good quality wood flooring downstairs, plush carpets in the bedrooms, and tiled wet areas. The kitchen is fitted out with a full set of appliances (inc washer dryer), and there is both a family bathroom, WC - and masses of storage space.
Those of you, who know Victoria Park, know this is a beautiful and awesome location with great tennis courts, lakes, canals, cafes and playgrounds. The Village has award winning wine shops, gastro pubs, restaurants, deli, bakery and coffee houses. If you head West 10-15 minutes you're in cool London Fields/Broadway Market. North 10-15 minutes you're in lively Homerton. East 10-15 minutes you're in modern Olympic Park. South 10-15 minutes you're in buzzing Mile End. Closest station would be Cambridge Heath and London Fields (5-7 minutes to Liverpool Street).
Give that this property is the same price as a flat, it's well worth a look.
