Now it is occupied by clean, fun minded, respectable young professionals and has a feel 'like your mum's house' so you can relax, not be disturbed by others, yet not be alone.

Genuinely a very nice place to live with very nice peaceful housemates.

Ask the existing housemates if they would swap this lifestyle for living alone.

All the benefits of a living in a premium house but on a shoestring budget.
