It takes about 21 minutes to get to Moorgate, via the overground, or about 28 minutes to get to London Bridge via tube. It's only 40 minutes to Canary Wharf via Highbury & Islington overground.
The beautiful Highbury Fields are a 5 minute walk, so is Clissold Park. There is a Tesco Express 7 minutes away, but Highbury Barn is just 2 or 3 minutes away. Highbury Barn has an award-winning butcher, fishmonger and greengrocer, along with many more restaurants and the awesome Highbury Barn pub. Upper Street is a 15 minute walk or a short but ride (19, 4 and 236 all go from the end of the road), which has a multitude of amazing shops, bars and restaurants. Conewood Street is nice and quiet, especially at night, and the location really couldn't be better!
