We bought the house three years ago planning to stay here for a long time so have spent that time renovating and improving the house to a high standard, but work commitments are dragging us to the North.
The location is perfect, with Blackhorse Road tube, Lloyd Park and Walthamstow market all less than a ten minute walk; the marshes and Epping Forest both a short drive. The new cinema and restaurants at The Scene are very close, as is the excellent Bell and Chequers pubs.
I'm sure any new tenants would be very happy here."
