Broadband - We will supply one Ethernet connection to your office. One of those connections will be connected to a shared broadband router and provide a bandwidth of 10 Mbit/s download and 1 Mbit/s upload speed. The traffic on this Ethernet connection is private to your office and cannot be monitored from another office. This provision is on a best effort basis only.

Wifi - We will supply a WIFI Internet connection in the building with a shared access code for tenants and another one for guests. Both internet connections will have a similar limit to the Ethernet connection mentioned above.

Security - The building is equipped with a CCTV system to all common parts and the car park.

Alarm - The building is equipped with a monitored alarm system. You will receive a number of FOBs which will activate/deactivate the alarm sensors in your office. The FOB also opens the magnetic door lock to the front and rear of the property.

Keys - Your will receive one set of keys for your office.

Front And Rear Main Doors - The front and rear main doors are equipped with magnetic door locks. You can receive extra FOBs which will just unlock the common doors but not your alarm. Each FOB carries a deposit charge of £10.

Meeting Room At Clitheroe Business Centre - Available for free for tenants for an allocated number of hours per month.
