Directions

Having passed the pond on the right in the dip, rise up onto the common and the drive for Halewood House will be found on the left, in the middle of the common before the shelter.

From Henley-on-Thames: Proceed up the Fairmile (A4130) and fork right up the Stonor valley, signposted Assendon and Stonor. Pass through Stonor and Stonor Park and take the next right signposted Southend and Turville Heath. Proceed uphill and across Turville Heath through the lime avenue and on to Northend village. As the road opens out onto the common, the gravel drive to Halewood House will be found on the right after the shelter.
