Situation - Golant is perfectly position on the Fowey River, and whilst a small community it is a very active community. Directions - From our office take the A39 to Carland Cross and take the 2nd exit onto the A30 East bound. Exit at the Bodmin junction and taken the 3rd exit signposted to Plymouth. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted to Lanhydrock and drive past the estate . At the mini roundabout turn left and drive through Trebyan and Sweetshouse and at the T junction (at the top of Lostwithiel) turn right. After a short distance turn left signposted to Fowey and follow the signs into Golant. As your drive into the village turn right onto School Hill and immediately before the white cottage on the right is an unmarked lane (if you get to the red garage door you have gone too far). Proceed along this narrow lane and the property can easily be found on the right hand side.
