We are looking for friendly house mate to come and live in our beautiful house.
This en suite room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a desk and chair.
The house is in a lovely quiet location surrounded by parks with good access to the city centre, Moseley, Kings Heath, City Centre and Bournville. Also, Univrersity of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Close to shops, pubs, 24-hour supermarkets etc.
Sorry - NO couples, DSS, students or pets.
This house great transport links to M42 / M40 / M5 / M6 and regular bus services to the city.
The house is spacious - enough room for us all to have our space but with fun-communal areas so we can relax together and have friends over - there is a large garden with BBQ equipment and tables and chair to relax.
There is also plenty of off-road parking.
We also have a TV, DVD player and Hi speed wifi
The house has 4 bathrooms in total.
Everything is included in the rent (gas, electricity, water) as well as TV licence, Council Tax, Wi-Fi, phone line, and the landlords also supply a weekly cleaning service and a gardener.
There are no agency fees but there is a deposit admin fee of 50.00 GBP, which is non-refundable.
The deposit itself is and is 6 weeks refundable on leaving.
