Your rent covers 2hrs a week professional cleaning of all the communal areas. Bin bags, bleach, sponges, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and kitchen towels are freely provided but housemates are responsible for their own rooms and the daily hygiene and tidiness of the communal areas they use.
Outside there is plenty of parking and nearby bus stops straight into Leicester town center. We also provide a rotary line and seating area on the patio.
There is a supermarket, dentist, doctor surgery and pharmacy around 2 mins walk away.
