St Neots

St Neots is a market town located on the banks of the River Great Ouse. It is Cambridgeshire's fourth largest centre with a population of approximately 30,000 (including Little Paxton) and a catchment of around 70,000 within a 15 minute drive time. The town is a major growth centre within Cambridgeshire. New housing development at Loves Farm on Cambridge Road together with the proposed urban expansion on the east of town suggests that the population will increase beyond 35,000 people within the next 2-3 years.
