From Dundee take the A92 to Montrose, continue along the A92 north through the town of Montrose.

Approximately 2 miles outside the town there is a white sign with Kinnaber Farm, Private Road on the right. Take this road and continue along for approximately 1/4 mile. The driveway leading to Kinnaber House is next on your left.

From Aberdeen take the A90 to the Stonehaven bypass. Take the A92 to Montrose and follow the signs for Montrose. Continue along the A92 past the village of Johnshaven for approximately 7 mile and through St Cyrus towards Montrose.

1/2 mile after crossing the lower North Water Bridge over the North Esk River there will be a white sign on your left with Kinnaber Farm, Private Road. Take this road and continue along for approximately 1/4 mile. Kinnaber House will be the next driveway on your left.
