Directional Note - From Totnes proceed along the Old Plymouth Road towards Avonwick, when you reach the A38 shortly after the village of Avonwick turn right signposted to South Brent on the B3372, shortly before a car sales garage turn left into Plymouth Road. upon reaching the village centre go right into Station Road cross over the railway bridge and left into Station Approach.
