Shipley Close is managed by Sanctuary Housing, There is a RESIDENT WARDEN, and a Communal Lounge, where, usually, coffee mornings are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  There is also an armchair exercise class which takes place on Thursday afternoons, and other social events from time to time.

SERVICE CHARGE

In addition to the Rent, there is also a payment of £125.00 per calendar month towards the Development's Service Charge, which covers the cost of maintenance of the alarm system and common parts, Warden's remuneration, etc.

RIGHT TO RENT

From 1st February 2016, we have been required by law to check a Tenant's Right to Rent. To fulfil our obligations, a passport would be acceptable proof or, if not available, a driving licence together with a Council Tax bill showing your current address.
