Port Sunlight is unique and those who visit for the first time are usually astonished at what they discover. It is argued to be the finest surviving example of early urban planning in the UK. The late 19th Century village was built by William Hesketh Lever (later Viscount Leverhulme) to house his soap factory workers at Lever Brothers which eventually turned into the global giant Unilever. A Guarantor is mandatory. The Guarantor MUST be a home owner. We use the Land Registry database to check all guarantors. Guarantors must also sign the tenancy on our premises with a witness (Bakewell & Horner) providing photographic ID in both cases.
To speed up the process email addresses of all referees & guarantors should be give to Bakewell & Horner upon submitting an application.

Some landlords will consider accepting a Tenant who has pets but this is their discretion.
