Situation - Moonlit Waters is situated in the picturesque fishing town of Brixham which is located on the most southern point of Torbay. Brixham has great natural beauty and the fishing industry is the "heartbeat" of the town. Naturally it is a popular holiday destination retaining all the charm of a traditional seaside resort. The town has great history notably the landing of William of Orange on the Quay in 1688 and Napoleonic connections. Today the bustling harbour has an impressive marina and many types of fishing boats coming in and out of the Port. The Marina has attracted many new businesses, restaurants (including a new delicatessen), art galleries and boutiques. There are excellent beaches within the area and superb coastal walks with outstanding sea views. At Monksbridge traffic lights (with small white toll house on junction between the two roads), keep to the left, which leads to New Road.
At the next traffic lights (with the Bolton to the right), turn left following signs painted on road, marked HARBOUR (Middle Street).
At the Market House junction, keep straight ahead onto The Quay, keeping the Harbour on your right.
Follow this road round to the left and up the hill (Overgang). Follow the road round a hairpin bend to the left and, at the top of the hill, turn left into North Furzeham Road, where you can load and unload at the gate of number 11, Moonlit Waters, on the left side. Alternatively, park anywhere around Furzeham Green.
