Modern, hip, small pad in a great location! Close to Highgate, Holloway, Islington and Camden Town. 3 minutes to the Archway Tube station on Northern Line, 3 minutes to the Upper Holloway Overground station. 10 bus stops within walking distance.

Recently (2014) renovated, well located practical studio-flat with high ceilings, lots of light, wooden floors and many smart design features on 1st floor of Victorian building in Zone 2 within walking distance of Archway Tube-station (only 190 meters away on the Northern Line) and Upper Holloway Station (Overground), 2 minutes each way.

Industrial looking comfortable sofa on wheels that folds away, king-size wall bed (160cm x 200cm) that pulls down, cupboards on either side, including hanging space and fold down desk space with drawers underneath. It is all handmade by our Dutch furniture maker. Roman darkening blinds for a good night's sleep and light cotton blinds for your privacy. There is also a fold away dining table with a pair of Bolia chairs. You have a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and washing basin. As well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, hob, oven, kettle and toaster. For laundry, there is washer / dryer, iron and iron board.

Towels and clean bed linen provided at start of tenancy plus a choice of pillows. You will find European and British power sockets. Wireless internet available for free, widescreen TV with 20+ channels, plus a small laser printer for your boarding pass / tickets. Plus there is a hairdryer.

For one or maximum two people. Despite double glazing, very light sleepers will notice some noise from the traffic on Holloway Road from time to time.

There are many green spaces nearby: We like Waterlow Park especially. For indoor exercise, go to Archway Leisure Centre, where they have a gym and a pool. To hang out in St. John's Tavern on Junction Road on a Sunday is lovely, their dining room impressive. The Lord Palmerston and the Spoke are other great pubs nearby.

There is new places opening all the time. If you prefer the outdoors, we highly recommend Hampstead Heath: Have a picnic on the grounds in front of Kenwood House and hang out with the crowd from Billionaires Row. Islington is a happening area just a short bus-ride away - you practically pass Arsenal stadium if you are into soccer. The quintessentially English village of Highgate is just 3 bus stops up the hill. You won't know you are in a global city! Don't miss world famous Highgate cemetery. On Saturdays, there is Archway market around the corner (with fresh fruits & vegetables, breads, cheeses, salamis, roast pork etc). Shops are plenty-full and close by on Holloway Road with a Sainsbury's supermarket just refurbished in 2015 only 100 mtrs away and open till mid-night.
