LOCATION
The subject property is located in the centre of Braintree town, on Swanside. Swanside is a short thoroughfare linking the main Sainsbury´s store to Bank Street which has a wide pavement area used by some of the local market traders every Wednesday and Saturday. Swanside is a short walk from George Yard, the main pedestrianised shopping area. Shops within George Yard include Clintons, WH Smith, Quadrant, Carphone Warehouse and Dorothy Perkins.
