Situated off the B4196, 15 minute drive from the M5 junction 6. Astley is a small village with the local shop 1 mile away. We do have an on site cafe that is open at certain times for fishermen that tenants can use.


3800 sqft, 2 allocated parking spaces more can be provided by negotiation. Electric roller shutter door and trade door. Broadband and a phone can be installed by the tenant at their cost. Lorries are permitted for deliveries but we have a 16 tonne limit, strictly no HGV.

Rent is 1000 per month fixed for 2 years. Then 1100 fixed for another 2 years.
