This fantastic property is £325 per person per month. The living area is extremely spacious and light. This room comes with 3 comfortable leather sofas, and a coffee table. The tiled floor is easy to keep clean, so there are no worries if anyone spills anything! This room also has some shelves which act as ideal storage space. This room also comes with a dining table and chairs- perfect for house meals!
The kitchen is separate, but follows on from the lounge. It is modern and fitted, and is tiled, meaning it is easy to keep clean! There is plenty of cupboard space, and this kitchen comes with all the appliances you will need- 2 large fridge/freezers, additional fridge/freezer space, an electric hob and oven, an extractor fan and a washing machine.
There is one full bathroom in this property, as well as a separate shower room and two separate toilets. The full bathroom consists of a bath/shower, a WC, and a basin, and is tiled.
The bedrooms in this property are of varying size. All the rooms come with a wardrobe and a desk, apart from one where a desk can be provided on request.
