The farm enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding countryside including the local landmark - Ivinghoe Beacon, which marks the start of the famous Ridgeway Walk.
The serviced accommodation comprises a two storey property with three bedrooms (one double and two twins). The bathroom includes an over bath power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A tumble dryer is also provided. There is a large pine dining table which comfortably seats six.
Outside there is a children's play area and communal tennis court.

`We enjoyed our time at Town Farm and had a lovely break. We cycled in the Chilterns and generally made the most of our time there. By way of feedback on the property, we liked the layout and set up of The Mill. It reminded us of good quality self-catering accommodation we have had elsewhere; spacious, relatively newly set up and tastefully decorated. It was good to have a quality television/DVD and generally comfortable settings. The staff and farm personnel were friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and your recommendations for places to stay were very good. The email and welcome documents were excellent; efficient and helpful.
