Letting Procedure and Lease
A Non-Refundable Holding Fee equivalent of the tenancy administration is required to hold the property during the application process. If your application is successful and we are able to proceed with the tenancy, this amount will be deducted from the balance due on the date of occupancy. Should the application be unsuccessful you will not be refunded the amount of the tenancy application administration (£265.00) as the holding fee is taken to protect the Landlord against any loss of rent, should you fail to move in to the property for any reason other than an unsuccessful application, no monies will be refunded.
Please be advised: If you have been with your current employer for less than 6 months you may be required to provide a guarantor for your tenancy. A guarantor must be: A UK Homeowner, Resident in the UK and within full time employment in the UK. There is a cost of £75 for the guarantor administration, and this will be payable by the tenant on the date of occupancy.
