Should the application be unsuccessful you will not be refunded the amount of the tenancy application administration (£265.00) as the holding fee is taken to protect the Landlord against any loss of rent, should you fail to move in to the property for any reason other than an unsuccessful application, no monies will be refunded.
Please be advised: If you have been with your current employer for less than 6 months you may be required to provide a guarantor for your tenancy. A guarantor must be: A UK Homeowner, Resident in the UK and within full time employment in the UK. There is a cost of £75 for the guarantor administration, and this will be payable by the tenant on the date of occupancy. If you think you may require a guarantor, please ensure that you have someone in place prior to paying the non-refundable holding fee.
