A 3/4 bedroom detached house with character in one of the nicest parts of St Marychurch, Torquay
Situated not far from the top of Trumlands Road, in a quiet location which is on a lightly trafficked lane, it is a nearly level walk of 5 to 10 minutes to the centre of St Marychurch and its attractive pedestrian precinct full of independent shops as well as small Sainsbury and Co-op supermarkets. The property was originally the coach house of Woodley Grange which is adjacent. It was converted and extended into a substantial detached house between 2006-8. As a result of its quite recent conversion and enlargement the house has the advantage of modern services and facilities whilst retaining character and quirkiness from its former purpose. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the origins of this house as a coach house and the topography of the site it has only a courtyard at the front and not a lawned or grassed garden so may not be suitable for young children or for tenants who like to have a garden.
